When you get down to it, this is just a full faced helmet with a visor on the top and a pointy chin. It does pull off the dirtbike helmet look which is apparently important for us that ride dirtbikes on the street. It is comfortable and quiet and blocks the draft like any streetbike helmet. The shield flips up high enough that I don't notice it. I was hoping I would be able to use it with goggles but that requires removing the shield. The visor does grab in the wind but nowhere near as bad as my MX helmet. The only real beef I have with it is the chin strap is ludicrously long. There is a neat ratchet device to cinch it tight but it is at the end of a very long strap. I had to shorten the strap as far as it would go to get purchase on the ratcheting portion.
