Great pipe

Pipe really woke up my yz250f. Fits great and very very light. Jet for best performance. After trying a few different jets and getting it dialed in, it screams. It's amazing what this pipe can do.

Best exhaust

White Bros. really got it together with this exhaust, it works well with my yamaha yz250-f. It has great power working from mid to a great top end. The bike just keeps on pulling to the moon. This exhaust worked well alone, but i added the quickshot, and powerblades, along with the twin air powerflow kit, and the bike now rips from top to bottom!!

Things 2 know

Hard to beat a WB exhaust. Pipe gives good gains and puts out a nice 4 stroke grunt that will be heard. DO KNOW that this exhaust has to be re-packed EVERY 15-20 riding hours. Re-packing the pipe is not an easy task and I was never able to figure it out. So every 15-20 riding hours I have to ship the entire exhaust to White Bros so they can re-pack and ship back to me. this is a 50 dollar exspense about every 2 months during riding season. If you don't re-pack this exhaust the packing will wear/ burn out and the extra heat will dis-color the carbon fiber shell. If you ride a 450 quad then you will most likely have to deal with re-packing no matter what exhaust you purchase. I will say that Whie Brothers has been VERY easy to work with and has taken very good care of me to date.

Pretty good

the pipe looks really good and fit with no problem. It isn't to loud and sounds good. I did notice a little more back firing then before but can be fixed with jetting. It doesn't have a spark arrestor and will shoot a flame out the tip

Very very light and powerful

this pipe sounds awsome and its very very light i picked up the box from motosport and i though that they sent me a box with nothing in it and then i opend it up and everything was in it i was surprised and you feel the power everywhere right away the only bad thing is if you hit the end cap hard enough it will snap the ring around the edge and crack the carbon fiber but it still hasent fell off so its all good

A: There is not a specific setting I could give you for jetting your bike. It would really depend on your location (altitude/temperature) and how your bike is running with the current jetting. Jetting can be very tricky, there isn't one setting that will work everywhere with every bike. I would recommend taking your bike to a local motorcycle dealership’s service department to have your bike properly jetted.

A: Unfortunately White Bros went out of business, and they never made a spark arrestor for the Carbon Pro II. Plus you don't want to adapt a spark arrestor to that carbon fiber can, as the spark arrestor screen will build up too much heat for the canister and cause bad things to happen.

A: There is no set time limit for repacking the exhaust. When the exhaust starts to get louder then usual or if there is a power loss , that is when you need to repack it.
