  • Bottom end gasket kits are made from premium materials, exceeding OEM standards, to provide exceptional seal between critical mating surfaces.
  • Main bearings are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Each is case hardened for maximum life and smooth operation at high RPM's.
  • Corrosion resistant surface treatment to prevent corrosion and pitting over long term use or storage. This will add to the life as well the strength of the assembly.
  • Top end of rod is bushed for oil retention and eliminates pin galling. The bottom end rod bores are case hardened to 58-62 RC to optimize bearing running surface.
  • The crank pin bearings are manufactured from the highest quality, hot rolled steel case hardened to 58-62 RC to extend the lifetime of the assembly.
  • Caged needle roller bearings to provide the highest possible RPM.

" Kit was well machined fit my ride to the t. No base or head gasket,did come with all the new seals & o rings every one of them kick starter,gear shift,output shaft,clutch pull,crank shaft and the water pass as well all the timming plugs plus the oil fillers,all othr gaskets needed! " Installed this on a 2007 KX250F, had two B riders thrash it in back to back motos for the first 22 hours of the rebuild. 60 hours on it new piston went in and check the crank still well withing tolerances. "

Ok product, but misses key part
" Bought this bottom end kit for my 01 yz250 and unlike the stock crank it does not use the collar to set the drive gears in the correct position. Due to inproper machining on the drive gear side my the gears had no place to seat against properly. So long story short I had to hand make a collar to fit on the crank in order to get the drive gear in its correct position. Other than that being the only problem this kit seams to be ok but unless you have the know how to make a collar or wiseco fixes this flaw I would not purchase. "
