Aluminum?
i had an aluminum shifter before, it stripped out, I wanted to know if it could withstand my use, I go really harsh on my bikes. as in I ride the bike harder than usual.

As long as it's properly installed these will withstand the same amount of abuse as any other aluminum shifter. The idea behind aluminum is to save the splines on your shift shaft. If those are to strip out, it is much more of an inconvenience and costly to replace. Shift levers really don't need much force to use, so I would suggest maybe taking it easy on the pedal when shifting through gears.
