drive combo
" i ordered this combo for a 09 crf450r. i dont like the front sprocket very much, there is no flat ridge on either side of the sprocket for the washer to press up against but its held tight so far. i also ordered with the standard 520 DID chain. i keep it lubed and clean but it still tends to stretch after every few rides. other than that i have no complaints. Great buy
" This is a great deal, the sprockets are tough, the only drawback is the chain. That chain comes stock on the honda 450's and its pretty weak. You get a lot of side to side slap(so much that it gets into the tire and the Splash guard for the airbox) If you do purchase run the chain a little tight. "

Good for the money
" I bougth the turner sprocket kit for my crf450 cause I just couldn't justify spending more on an iron man that only lasted me about a year anyway. I was pleasantly surprised that the turner is a good sprocket set. I didn't wear it out yet but it fit perfectly, looked fairly cool ( not quite as cool as the iron man ) but for $100 less you really can't complain. Its solid steel and yes a little heavier but will you really notice 10 oz. on a 230lbs machine? "

what is the stock size sprocket and counter for my 2006 honda 450r
Asked by gbrown, livermore ca
Your 06' CRF450R came stock with a 13 tooth front and a 48 tooth rear sprocket. If you need to verify which gearing came stock on your bike (and this goes true for all makes and models), I'd recommend visiting Renthal's website. They've got a "fit my bike" section that will look up most of these basic stock measurements for your specific make and model. ( http://www.renthal.com/File/fit_my_bike.asp )

Mounting Bolt Pattern
Asked by Hallio7
There are six tapered holes for mounting and 6 regular round holes for weight reduction.

What size sprocket is standard on 05 Raptor 660?
Asked by BBlank
My vendor books lists the quad stock gearing at 13-40. This information was not from a yamaha certified book. I would double check with Yamaha if you would like to know for sure.

How many links would I get for a 2005 Cr 85R?
Asked by Kr133r
Stock length is 116 so depending on what gearing you want to run I would recommend at least 120 links.
Answered by Drewski, Portland, OR
Does it include a master link?
Asked by mike250, port deposit maryland
All new chains we sell come with some type of master link whether it be a clip or rivet style.
Answered by james718
how many links on my chain 2003 xr250?
Asked by Andreww, Sandiego , Ca.
Steel sprockets normally last a lot longer than an aluminum sprockets so for deseret riding this should work just fine. You will need atleast a 120 link chain. Most likely you will have to cut a couple off.
Answered by Drewski, Portland, OR
does the gold o ring chain (turner) acompany a 520 turner masterlink?
Asked by ERNS406, JACKSONVILLE FLA
The O-Ring chain includes a clip style master link with it.
Answered by Drewski, Portland, OR
i need a 520-94 chain for a 06 trx 450er will the chain and sprockets turner kit same as stock
Asked by beav
The sprockets are pretty much OEM specs so they will fit that ride, but you will need to cut your chain to the correct length.
Answered by Drewski, Por+land
What is the difference?
Asked by Kr133r
A gold chain is going to be a stronger chain than a standard non gold chain so it will last longer and not stretch as easy. Basically the higher the price is on the chain, the higher the strength will be.
Answered by Drewski, Por+land
what is the difference between a x-ring chain and a o-ring chain?
Asked by stunner5
An X-ring chain is a higher quality O-ring chain. They typically have a higher tinsel strength and better quality O-rings. Basically it is a stronger, longer lasting version of a O-ring chain.

I have a 2004 kx250 what exactly do i need? What size sprokets and Chains?
Asked by jtrockey
stock gearing was 13-49 and 114 links on the chain. Verify to make sure your bike is still running stock though if that's what you want to keep.
Answered by Drewski, P+RTLAND
Do I need any tools to change the chain and sprokets? If so do you carry it?
Asked by jtrockey
It's pretty straight forward, no special tools really required. To make fitting the chain simpler, you may need a chain breaker, but their are ways around not having one. Basically, if you can remove your rear wheel, you should have the tools to replace your sprockets.
Answered by Drewski, P+RTLAND
