the cheapest route is to take the OEM lower clamp off the bike and take it to your local dealership that has a service department and have them press the old stem out and have them press the stem into the new lower RG3 clamp. If your stem is bent/damaged the only way to obtain the stem from OEM is to purchase the whole bottom clamp (oem # 44037-0075-10Y).

Does the clamp set come with the stem or just the clamps?

We only offer complete clamps with stem for Honda and Yamaha.
