Ok
" These grips hold up fairly decent and are very grippy , but after a lomg day of riding they start to give your hands pretty bad blisters . I would recommend getting the pro taper pillow top grips they hold up pretty well and dont give you blisters or if you get the renthals to get grip dougnuts and palm protectors made by risk racing. Hope this helps "

These feel great and work well
" These grips feel more like soft compound but hold up like medium grips. I put a nickle on the clutch side of my bars and have never had a grip tear in a crash. I have been using these grips for years and have never had that problem. They feel comfortable and hold up well! I recommend. "

Great grips
" These grips are great for any body who falls a lot or doesn't fall a lot. And when you fall you don't have to worry about your grips being ripped or torn any where. They are great they never lose the grippy ness and will not have to worry about your grips for a while! And they are not hat much! "

surprised!
" I was actually surprised they've held up as long as they have. Lets face it, grips wear out... I've never ran "soft" compound grips before because I figured I'd be lucky if they lasted more than two motos. When I went to get new grips the only Renthal grips my local shop had left in stock at the time were these, so I tried 'em and have been running them ever since. They've held up as long as any other grips I've run and actually feel tackier by far. I'm hooked! "

Soft/comfortable grips
" These are nice grips, if you have a problem with blisters they may help a bit. They also don't get slippery in wet/muddy conditions as do other harder material grips. Only gripe with these would be that they tear very easily. Don't be surprised to tear them up whenever you crash. "

good but not
" These grips feel good and are super soft but, be prepared to replace them almost weekly. With just a little wear on them they become super slick when wet. Not a good choice if you run harescrambles or ride in the mud often. "

yes
Answered by crawl4l, roseville, CA
whats the difference in tapered and waffeled? And if i order then in red are the outsides just red or the whole thing.
Asked by npredrider
Tapered grips run fatter diameter towards the inside of the grip and tapers down to a smaller diameter towards the outer part of the grip. The waffle grips are the same diameter throughout the grip.
