With out Molly?
Is this oil good to run in a 2007 kx450f? I'm not sure what molly is and is it good or bad to have oil with out molly?

Whether Molybdenum "Moly" is bad or good, that will always be a debate. Moly alone is great for dry bearings. The debate is, does adding Moly to oil reduce friction and destroy a wet clutch system. I would reference you service manual an see what Kawasaki recommends as a replacement motor/transmission oil. I do know that Moly has been around for years and even some tests have been done on so called "non-Moly" oil and it actually containing Moly.
