Well sure I don't see why it wouldn't work. The current head on your bike is the stock, I'm guessing, and the PC head is a modified OEM head. It would be just like sending out your stock head to get worked on, but instead you buy this without the wait and/or core charges.

do you need to run racing fuel or higher octane or can you use regular?

That kit does come with a pro circuit high compression piston and any time you increase the compression over stock you should run at least a 50/50 race/pump gas mix.

This is pretty much a bolt on kit. It's always recommend to double check the clearance and everything before running the machine.
