Product Description

Utilizing an injection molded glass-reinforced nylon frame construction the POD MX K300 offers the same superior support, comfort and function as the K700 at an affordable price.

  • Inspired by the human body, the patented Human Motion Hinge uses shock-absorbing ligaments engineered from advanced materials to provide natural triaxial knee motion combined with ultimate support.
  • The K300 knee brace in the POD MX range is injection molded in glass-reinforced nylon for structural strength and shares the same modular design and features as the premium knee brace.
  • Interior Strap loops capture your leg to resist rotational forces and brace migration.
  • Self-Tracking Patella guard stays positioned in front of your knee and transfers impacts through out the brace and away from the knee itself.
  • Antibacterial moisture wicking frame liners, condylepads and strap pads keep you cool and comfortable.
  • Sold as a pair.

I haven't taken a big enough spill yet to know for sure whether these help a whole lot or not. However, it is nice to have the reassurance and added confidence on the track. Cons: -The padding is held on my velcro, which seems to lose its strength after a few rides. I have even had mine come off when riding, which is annoying and uncomfortable. - Kind of bulky. They don't fit under my pants too good. The bottom straps usually come un-done when i put my pants on. -The hinge rubs on the inside of my knee, which is uncomfortable, but not the end of the world. This only happens on the left side though. Pros: -They make you put more effort onto squeezing the bike with your knees, as pretty much any knee brace would -Easy to use/ put on -Give you added confidence/sense of security These braces are nice, but not worth $500 IMO. The straps seem cheaply made, and aren't a very good design. If I were to do it again, I would drop the extra $200 and get asterisks.

Very nice!
I really like these braces. I’ve ridden about eight hours with them. First of all, their 1.2 pounds lighter than my old EVS Vision braces, much slimmer and by the feel gives me more protection. The straps are numbered 1 through 4, to help you place the braces in the proper position. Nothing to dislike so far.
