So, so
I ride a KX250f, and my older bro rides a Cr125. My bro outfitted his CR with Pirellis and i went with the Maxxis Maxxcross. On comparison, the pirelli seem to bite a lil' better on steep hills and definitely better in slick conditions. Dont get me wrong this tires are decent in mud. The Maxxis bite much better in corners, especially flat turns, and they seem better comin out of a whip where you dont land perfectly straight. Also the Maxxis seem to bite well in rooted areas, where the Pirellis jumped and skidded everywhere. My bro switched to The Maxxcross. lol Both are pretty equal in durability.

These tires are an excellent buy for the money, they outlast all the major brands and hook up extremely well. Great tire!

Great Tire
This is a great all around tire. Have rode on it for a while now on all types of terrain. Hooks up better than any other tire Ive owned. Has rounded off a little in the 10-15 rides I have on it, but that is mainly becuase I have to ride 1/2 mile on the rode to get to the place I ussually ride.

New Rear Tire
This tire was a lot more grippy then i thought it would be. i pulled up to the track on a wet muddy slippery day and when i got on the track my rear would grab like crazy. my front tire was slipping everywhere but the rear was stuck in place. great tire and thanks to Motosport i got a great deal!

Traction to Spear......
I live in Phoenix Arizona, and surprisingly you can find every kind of terrain imaginable. When you don't know what's around the next corner, I'm glad I have a set of Maxxis Maxxcross IT on my bike. They help me dig in, out of all kinds of situations. They perform great, and last a long time.

I love this tire, put it on brand new and rode all last season on it and it held up awesome, I'm still riding it this season and it hasn't lost a knobby and its still pretty square, I'll be running these again, they are tough and they grip pretty good.
I'm not taking it easy on them either, I ride tracks about 3x a month and trails.

Great tire. The only downfall is Its twice as hard to mount but shows how sturdy the sidewalls are. Have two desert races on it and still no signs of cutting or major wear. Maxxis is my new tire.
