Similar to Leatt®'s Adventure Body Vest Lite, but sized for smaller riders. The Body Vest Lite Junior is designed to be worn under or over the jersey while perfectly integrating with any Leatt-Brace®. Leatt®'s patent pending BraceOn strap systems holds the neck brace to the body vest yet allows them to move independently.

  • Front of protector meets CE safety approval EN 14021.
  • Fully articulating back protector plates are comfortable and allow a great range of motion.
  • Uses high-tech SAS-TEC impact absorbing material in the back protector.
  • Close fitting allows for over or under the jersey use.
  • Designed to fit perfectly with any Leatt-Brace®.
  • Two junior sizes: S/M size fits riders approximately 134 - 146 cm tall (52.8 - 57.5"); L/XL size fits riders approximately 147 - 159 cm tall (57.8 - 62.6").

It's all about safety!

I have two grandsons that are very aggressive dirt bike riders. I had already purchased a Leatt neck brace and chest protector for the 14 year old. I soon realized the 9 year old was getting aggressive with his riding as well. A friend sold me his Leatt neck brace that he outgrew. It was not compatible to the 9 year olds chest protector. Got a great piece from Motosport and feel much more confident that these boys are better protected.

Chest Protector

Great looking and he loves the comfort. It not if they need it, it's when. They will. One crash in and happy with the protection.

Shouler straps?
My son is 9. 4 ft 5 inch 69 lbs chest 25 inches. Most chest protectors are too big in shoulders. What Leatt chest do you recommend or should we go with Fox. I think pro flame has adjustable shoulders like leatt adult.

Both the Leatt and Fox Pro Frame would be good options for your son. The Pro Frame is intended for ages 6-11 when going with the youth, and for comparison you can visit the sizing chart for Leatt at this address provided below: http://fs7.motosport.com/is/image/Motosport/SC-LEATT-PROTECTION?$sc_pdp_big$
