There is not a piston that size... the closest I would have would be .80 over which would make the bike about 107cc. (106.8)

We've scaled back on carrying Vertex pistons. Did you happen to check to see if we offer it for your bike? If we still do i suggest giving us a call and we could work something out. The cost would be more as these pistons cost more than the weisco.

It should, this is a complete top and bottom end that covers the crank and piston. So as long as your cylinder and everything else is good to go this kit should be all you need.

You shouldn't have to break the bike back in after rebuilding the top end. You would probably want to take it easy for the first couple of minutes on the bike but a full break in process isn't necessary

i do belive that the other guy is wrong. i only say that because you need to give the bike about 20-30 minutes of pretty easy riding without highly revving the bike so that you can let the ring seet in the cylinder. i have blown a top end before not letting it seet properly. i always let the bike idle for the first couple minutes then i put around and then ride it without ringing its neck for the first half hour. the bottom end shouldnt need too much of a break in though hope this helps you.

Yes the piston comes with the rings, and if the bike is a two stroke it will include the needle bearing. Four strokes don't require one.

The nice thing about a forged piston (which Wiseco piston are) is they swell up under heat. Most OEM pistons are casted, which do not swell and that is why they offer different size pistons. You're only talking about 1/1000 of a difference in A,B,C,D pistons. With a Wiseco piston you don't need to worry about that because they'll swell and give you a tighter tolerance if the cylinder is worn.

I'll go out on a limb and say the average shop rate in my area is $65 an hour. You're looking at job that will take anywhere from 3-6 hours. your best bet would be to call your local shop and inquire.
