Good pack, but carefully consider the size...

This is definitely more of an XC pack - I can pack it with water, keys, a phone and a couple small snacks (and maybe some tools). Other than that, it's completely full. Don't get me wrong, it's a great pack, but if you need to carry more than just the absolute basics, you may want to get a bigger one. The ONLY downside to this pack's design is the fact that the water hose can't be disconnected from the bladder itself - Makes it a bit clunky to clean. Other than that, I'd buy again.

Honest opinion

This is a very, very good hydration pack, it could use a little longer strap up top. It does fit nice and snug, I wore it for the first time in a 2.5 hour Hare Scramble. It did not really impede, but I knew it was there and I would have had better air/breathing without, but been thirsty. Seemed a little snug, but some riders may like that. Maybe I just have huge chest dimensions? Naa. Overall that is my only complaint and I would say that is being nit-picky. Great pack, perfect size, pocket fits a plug wrench & plug, pack stays put.
