I am satisfied with the springs i got but in order to get the best performance out of my forks i should have done a re valve too I only weigh 145lbs and ride a crf250r 2004

Spring rate?
im 5'9 and do motocross what sppring rate do i need and also i wrecked and ever since like when i put pressure on my suspenion my forks rebound but i can pull it up another inch if i hold the front brake and lift the bike sits up higher but it doesnt do that on its own it only comes up half way thanks and also im about 195lb and ride a 2004 yz125

The suspension should sag slightly under the bikes own weight. That is not going to be an issue. If it is only about one inch that would be about right for the forks. At your weight for your 2004 yz125 the front fork springs should be a .45. The rear shock spring should be a 5.0. When installing the springs it would be a good idea to break the forks down and check the bushings also. You will be able to see if there is any abnormal wear from a possible bent fork tube. It is not very common to bend a fork tube but it is possible. The other possibility would be if the front end was twisted during the wreck but that would be alleviated by removing the forks and reinstalling them.

Normally they don't included instructions. They aren't the easiest things to install either so if you have no experience with forks, I would have a professional mechanic install them.

The Shock is elementary but you will need your owners or maint. manual for the springs, its not hard (less work than replacing fork seals) but requires partial disassembly of the fork and you need to replace the fork oil.

Factory Connections Recommends FSA 047?
I spoke with FC regarding springs rates as your website suggests. FC told me I need an FSA 047 for my 2006 Suzuki RM 250 two stroke. I'm 6'1" and 215-230 depending of time of season. Can you get this spring for me. I have an order pending which includes a 5.5 Shock Spring, SDG Tall Seat and a Sunline clutch lever. I'd like to get the fork springs from MotoSpot as well. Thanks for your help. Ed

In order to get that spring rate we would have to special order them in which normally takes about 1-2 weeks if FC has them on hand. You will have to place your order over the phone to have those special ordered though.
