" Don't even ride your bike until you have the correct fork springs for your weight and riding ability. Maybe that's a touch harsh, but the fork spring rate on your bike affects how the bike handles and feels to you very greatly. Well worth the cost and is a fairly simple process for installing them depending on what bike you have (read owners manual). "

In order to get that spring rate we would have to special order them in which normally takes about 1-2 weeks if FC has them on hand. You will have to place your order over the phone to have those special ordered though.

I would suggest contacting Factory Connection, best way for you in Australia would be to email I guess... sales@factoryconnection.com give them your bike info, weight, riding type and riding ability and they will shoot you the correct spring rate.

Normally they don't included instructions. They aren't the easiest things to install either so if you have no experience with forks, I would have a professional mechanic install them.

The Shock is elementary but you will need your owners or maint. manual for the springs, its not hard (less work than replacing fork seals) but requires partial disassembly of the fork and you need to replace the fork oil.
