" The EVS brace is a much higher quality brace than the 661 however the EVS has a plastic inserts to add stability to the sides. i find the inserts to be very uncomfortable in a boot. i tried trimming them but still too uncomfortable. I like the 661 better but still a great buy if you have weak ankles "
