This bite valve is better than the old/smaller valve but I think the 90 angle bite vavle is the best. It is easier to get in between your chin and the helmet.

The Big Bite Valve only comes with the valve. You will most likely need to cut off about a 1/2" of the original hose for the new valve to get a good seal as it will be a bit flared out when you remove the original valve.

This is only the tip or valve. It goes on the end of the hose your reservoir.
