I would recommend this tire...
I purchased the TG4 front tire since I race motocross on tracks with soft to intermediate soils. My bike originally came with a bridgestone tire which wore down as expected. Since tire prices have risen so high in the past couple years I decided to try the Artrax tire because the tread design looked comparable to the Michelin and Pirelli tires I like. I figured for half the price even if I had to change it twice as often I would still be better off since I would always have a fresh front tire on my bike. So after reading all the reviews I decided to go for it. I was expecting a real challenge to get the tire mounted and seated, but I was amazed at how easy it mounted and seated to the rim. It was so easy I couldn't believe it. I thought something was wrong. But there wasn't. Took it out on the motocross track for the first weekend and it performed great! Couldn't tell any significant wear at all and I suspect this tire will last just as long as the other tires I use. I would recommend this tire to anyone on a budget and is looking for a good tire for practice and general off road riding. Great product for the price.

Artrax didnt work for me
Got a combo onthe front the SE3 and SX1 for the rear as I ride trails and the terrain is packed and hard, its a shame that when you are trying to save a few bucks you end up spending more. First to mount the tires is a task, then when you are ready to ride these tires just dont have any grip on the track. I just used them on a 90 mile enduro and a week later on a 75 mile one and this is it for me, Im taking these things off.

Glad I went for them
I almost didn't get these after seeing a few reviews about how they are impossible to get on the rim properly, but I'm so glad I did anyway. I had no problems at all getting them installed. I have ridden on them 3 times so far, all on different tracks with very different dirt and they really work well. I went with the MX-Pro tread and they corner well and hook up coming out of the turn. Wear so far is barely noticeable.

Loved It!!!
I bought these tires before a trip to a state park. Got them mounted the night before. Day we got there first thing i did was hit the sand flats and the tires hooked up great. Out on the trails the tires stuck to the corners and didnt slip a bit going over logs or rocks. I had a bit of difficulty mounting the rear tire but I've only mounted 1 tire before. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Purchased Artrax 125/250F combo. Bead on front tire will not set, what do I do?

1. Mix up a little dish soap and water solution in a spray bottle 2. Let the air out of the tire 3. Depress the tire from the bead and liberally spray the solution between the rim and tire bead. You don't have to drench it but get it wet. 4. Air up the tire again. You may have to put 30-40psi in the tire initially to get it to seat. 5. Once the tire is set, take a dry rag and wipe any excess solution from the tire/rim and let it air dry for 10-15min. 6. Set the air pressure. I use 12-14psi depending on riding conditions.

try pumping it up to about 8 or 10 pounds then bounce it on the ground a few times then spin the wheel a bit then do it a gain and do that about 4or 5 times then try pumping it up a bit more, i do that when i set the bead for any tire and it works for me..

I always use a good amount of soap and water to lubricate the tire just before I air it up. I mix dawn concentrated dish washing detergent with equal portions of water and spray it around both sides of the tire ensuring it is thoroughly lubricated. Then I watch the bead as I inflate the tire. Sometimes you may need to over inflate the tire to get the bead to completely seat, but I never have to go too much higher. Be careful not to over inflate too much... If this doesn't work check your rim for imperfections that could be causing the tire to hang up on it while it's inflating. You may find a problem there.

How come they wont work on 450's?
there the right size

The bike filter sometimes filters out some of the sizes. Try clearing your ride selector and trying it again.

The tires on the 450 are larger than the 125/250. You'll need the extra width to harness the power of the 450. You could probably use the same size front tire on all of the bikes, but definitely go up the extra size on the rear.
