I couldn't Mount the Soles Properly
I used a space heater and I was not able to get the glue to seat properly. The result is my sole inserts keep coming unglued and I have to keep gluing back with other glues. It didn't seem like there was enough glue in this package for both soles. The best way is to send them to Alpinestars to get the soles professionally done. MIne didn't adhear and also I was not able to align them perfectly. However, these inserts are now much more durable that in past years. The compound is much harder and lasts alot longer.

Easy Fix
This is a great repair but I wish Alpinestars would make their soles with harder componds.

Where would i find better insoles for Tech 3 all-terrain boots? would a normal insert work?

You can run pretty much any insole in your boots. I have pulled some out of an old pair of sneakers and slapped them in my tech 8's and they worked just fine.

I know the complete sole does not come with glue, but does the sole insert kit come with glue?

According to Alpinestar they include a tube of cement/glue only with the inserts. You are correct in saying that it's not included with the whole replacement sole.

Yes, all the insert kits have a tube of glue in the package.

You would need the tech 10 sole insert if you are looking to replace it. Make sure you get the correct size of insert though.
