Must have for the kids
Has already payed for itself. One wreck and hand guards got a bit scratched up but my young one still walked away ready to ride and unhurt. Easy to install and although they don't have the metal bars like the big versions they are super tough. Very impressed.

Saved me from a trip to the hospital
If you're an enduro guy these are a total buy.I was riding in the rain and mud a few months back and i came over one jump lost my front end came over the jump sideways and the and I went and slammed straight into a good sized rock,it aboslutley saved me from having a broken hand. But after that they had a bad looking bend in the plastic also if you crash on the throttle side it may or may not get jammed in the throttle tube"happened to me about 4 times" also it's pain on having to tighten them often.Of course they're are better handgaurds out there but i mean they lasted me 4 years.

Handguards
they will save levers from a simple layover. but, anything more substantial, they will collapse. i will move up and get a more sturdy set soon.

No Real Protection
Cheap junk, there's no real protection when it comes to saving your levers or throttle. Will only protect your hands from brush or small branch. Will deform after first crash. Don't waste your money.

Okay purchase
I BOUGHT THE HANDGUARDS FOR MY 04 KX 100. THEY WORK GOOD BUT THE ONLY DOWNFALL IS THAT THEY DO NOT STAY INPLACE. THEY MOVE VERY EASY

Decent product
the product seemed like it was going to be great until it didn't fit my aftermarket handlebar. So if you have an aftermarket handlebar u might want to look into something else.

Worst purchase ever
I"m completely surprised that such a poor product come from Acerbis. In the past I thougut of there product as top of the line. The plastic finish is is nice but these hand guards never get tight. There is no solid meterial to support the hardware.

Poor design handguards
I purchased these handguards for my sons ktm 65 and there seems to be a problem with the mounting design because no matter how tight both mounts are everytime he drops the bike the guards rotate up breaking levers so in my oppinion they are worthless

Good product for the money
I was hesitant to get these without the aluminum frame. They were for my kids KX 85. I wanted to keep it light. I am surprised at how strong they are and they flex nicely to take a good shock with out bending the bars.
