What kind of modification do i need to make on my klx450r to fit the 4.2 gallon tank

This gas tank is a direct replacement tank and all mounting hardware is included. According to Acerbis theirs nothing extra needed to mount this. The only thing I can think of that might need to be swapped out is the fuel petcock. But with the size of this tank Acerbis might include that with it. They didn't say anything about it though, just my thoughts.

Does the devol extreme radiator guard fits with this tank? or I should buy the 3.3 acerbis tank?

the gas tank shouldn't interfere with the radiators. This tank would only replace the shrouds but that's it.
