I bought these knee pads because they were $20 and never wore them once. I am 5'7 158lbs and i do not have body builder calfs. The velcro straps do not fit around my calf, with just skin they barely make it. They are adult size also, give them to your kids for soccer practice and spend at least $60 on some decent ones you will be much happier.
