They are worth the money. Make fork bleeding as easy as pushing a button. I used these to replace the stripped out stock screw. Defenantly a no-brainer. Just make sure not to over tighten when installing.

Had these on the bike for about 3 rides, leaked a little bit. Then, I went to change the fork oil in the bike, and one of the bleeders broke in half when I was taking it off. Would not reccomend

No, it doesn't. But you should just need a 8mm wrench. It's no biggie.
