Nothing but throttle response
A must buy for any four stroke. I put it on my 2007 CRF450R and it was very easy to put on with the very detailed instructions.

Im off
This little deal e made my R M really move right off the bottom. Before in tight corners it would go blaaw and the clutch was needed. I put that bad boy on and i dont have to use the clutch so much. Its great my bike will just take off even when i whack the throttle. Best thing i could have done to my bike and i only spent like $90 cant go wrong there now can ya.

Accelerator pump cover?
does it bolt directly on to the carb? or onto the water pump cover? it seems as if it does to the water pump cover. does it come with everything to install it?

If you bike is a newer 4stroke dirt bike, than your carb will have an accelerator pump. This is a specially designed pump that replaces the stock one currently on the carb. This part has nothing to do with the cooling system.

Boyesen offers a different accelerator pump cover for '08. It's referred to the "check valve model".

I installed a accelerator pump cover on my yz250f and now gas leaks form the cover what should i do?

Sounds like there is a sealing issue. Try pulling it off and make sure everything is set properly as far as a gasket or o-rings goes and try and reinstall it. If it didn't include a gasket or o-ring with it you must use your stock one. So maybe you just need to replace whatever is on that cover. Just try and trouble shoot it.

Is this better to order than the quickshot 2?

It serves the same function.. I would say just pick up the latest and greatest model and go with the quickshot 2
