Didn't know how trashed my old works pipe was till I put on a new one. Great price too. Worked it at Glamis Dunes and cleaned any carbon that was in there.

Great top end booster!

Mounted it up to my stock silencer and it was a huge increase in top end pull, and rev on my 125 Then mounted the Pro circuit Silencer and it was fasten your seat belts quick. Nice exhaust. Only problems is the metal coating gets a grungy color very easy and it isn't super dent resistant.

Is there certain jets I should use with this pipe on my 96 Kx 250?
Expert MotoSport Staff
20 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
There is not a specific setting I could give you for jetting your bike. It would really depend on your location (altitude/temperature) and how your bike is running with the current jetting. Jetting can be very tricky, there isn't one setting that will work everywhere with every bike. You should be able to install the pipe and see how the bike is running with the new pipe on it and then you will know if you need to tune your jetting. If you haven't re-jetted your bike before, I would recommend taking your bike to a motorcycle with a service department to have it properly jetted.

My pipe does not look like the one in the picture?

The image is for reference only. It may not be displaying the exact pipe for your bike. Just be sure to correctly select the Year/Make/Model of your bike before ordering so we can be sure to send you the correct pipe for your bike.

Would i have to rejet my carb for the Pro Circuit Platinum Pipe?
Expert MotoSport Staff
2 months 14 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Normally when switching over to an aftermarket exhaust you would need to make jetting adjustments for the best performance. Honestly it is hard to say without knowing how your bike it running with the jetting it has now. I would recommend taking a look at the JD Jet Kit for your bike as it would have a range of jets and needles to help you accurately tune your carburetor.

Does this pipe come with the cylinder flange?? I'm ordering it for a blaster?
MotoSport Staff Expert
3 months 8 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Yes, the Pro Circuit pipe for your Blaster will come with the same style flange on it as the OEM pipe so it can be properly mounted up to the cylinder.

Hi,if I buy a full exhaust does it come with all the attachments I need to fit?? Ie springs and clamps!!!?

For your Suzuki lt80 2000 this will not come with any hardware. You are to use your stock hardware with this. If you are missing any hardware you can find it in our OEM parts section. Here is the link. http://www.motosport.com/atv/oem-parts/SUZUKI/2000/LT80-QUADSPORT/MUFFLER

Sue me if I like cool factor?
I can't help it, but I hate the look of my FMF Gnarly (1997 KX500). It doesn't have the unique twist that is famous with 500's. The best hill climber that I know had Pro Circuit design a special pipe for him that was similar to stock, but not the cheap stock look. Second concern is that I don't want low end power, but high end full throttle power. Is a custom pipe still possible? Does the stock pipe shape provide better top end power than the FMF Gnarly?
MotoSport Staff
Over 7 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
The FMF Gnarly pipe is geared towards bottom end power. The stock exhausts are typically engineered to provide the best overall power. The stock pipe should perform better on the top end. For custom work you would have to contact either Pro Circuit or FMF directly to see if they would offer this service. The one place I would check with for custom exhausts would be DynoPort. They can be reached through their website here : http://www.dynoport.com/200-500_Models.php

What jet do I use?
2001 Honda CR125 With the Woods Exhaust
MotoSport Staff
Over 7 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
The jetting will vary based on what elevation your tend to ride at. If you contact Pro Circuit directly, they can help with the jetting specs based on your location. You can also purchase a jetting kit that will include the all the jets you would need and also includes a jetting guide to help you jet your bike correctly.

Will this pipe fit easily and perform good on my friends 1991 kx 80?
im worried about clearance and jetting. im buying this pipe as a gift for a friend
MotoSport Staff
Over 8 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
We do have this pipe available for the 1991 KX80. It will be a direct bolt on. Just make sure to profile the bike correctly as these are model specific exhausts. The jetting will depend on how it is jetted currently and what elevation the bike will be ridden at. You may not need to change the jetting, but if you do you can contact Pro Circuit Directly at 951-738-8050 and they can help with the correct jetting specifications for your location.

Are there any other years that would work on 1988 kx250?
I need a exhaust pipe for 1988 kx 250 is there any other year besides 1989 that will fit this bike thanks
MotoSport Staff
Over 10 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Unfortunately only the 1988 and 1989 model KX250's share the same pipe. None of the other pipes from other years will be a direct bolt on.
