Do your research
" This is a neck roll, not a neck brace (there will be two opinions on this product: either it's great or it's worthless). Since I never had any neck protection in the past, I thought this would be a worthwhile investment for the price. Mounts easily to my Fox chest protector, head movement is not too restrictive... I think this will work for me (I bought this for downhill biking). "

" I feel much safer haveing this collar on as compaired to not having any, and you can't tell its there. I know it wouldn't protect like the true neck braces but I can't afford 200-400 bucks for the others. The price and fit work realy well for me. "

best that money can buy.
" if you believe the hype of all the high end neck protection devices and their marketing..that's fine.. pay the extra money.. If you want a very good neck protection device that is very effective in a crash without transferring too much load to the back or collar bone, The RC3 race collar is the best on the market.. 3 years of testing ......racing and crashing with no major injuries to the neck while using this production is only one real world testing of the many riders who believe that this product works.. Super hard crash, neck is fine
" Bought this temporarily until I could afford a better brace; was hoping I would never actually need it. I thought wrong. Small bruise on my collar bone, but its not broke. Which is more than I can say for my hand and foot. And I cant imagine crashing much harder than I did. Not saying its the best device out there by any means, but 100000% better than nothing and apparently it works. An outstanding product for the money; it may have saved my life for all I know. "

Good Protection
" I've never ridden with a neck brace but this beats ridding without anything by a long way. I got whip lash really bad one day while riding and ordered this the next day and haven't had whip lash since. Definately worth it to have cheap unrestrictive neck protection. "

Great product!
" This is a nice cheaper neck collar. It is not really comparable to the Leatt brace, but if you cannot afford a Leatt, this is wayyyy better than riding with out any neck protection. Before the Leatt came out, I had this collar, and it did help me out quite a bit from injuring myself. It easily hooks up to most chest guards. It would not hook up to my Thor Sentinel w/o some kind of modification. It did if up to my Fox chest guard with no problem though! I def recommend this product to anyone who cannot afford a Leatt brace! "

Use it
" If you don't have the funds for the Leatte use one of these. I used this for a year before I bought a Leatte and loved it. Although it is not as good as protection it is still protection. "

Cheap way to stay protected
" I bought this to go along with my evs flux chest protector and i love it i never notice it when i'm riding but when i take (took) some good falls i noticed that my neck didn't twist as much and it prevented the next day neck ache that so many of us get excellent way to stay protected without spending $400 "

Great Purchase
" This neck protector fits very well and attaches to the FOX Airframe very well and easily. This is a must of you do serious riding and want the extra protection!! The only problem was having to drill new holes through the FOX Airframe ID Kit plastic to attach the Race Collar to the back of the Airframe. "

Seems like it will help
" I have worn neck collars for awhile now and I crashed hard enough to knock myself out about 6 months ago. So I obviously hit my head pretty hard. I was wearing a regular "tie to the chest protector" style neck roll when I crashed and I still think it was a major reason I didn't get more serious neck/back injuries (only speculation of course). This new EVS race collar feels much more substantial than the neck roll I had before although I haven't crashed in a way to take advantage of it yet. It also doesn't seem restrictive at all despite being wider. It seems like it supports the helmet a lot better and won't slip out during an impact as easily as a neck roll might. Until I can save the money for a Leatt brace this is the next best thing and for 10X less money. I'd recommend it to anyone. "

Can't find a Leatt Brace?
" This product was an easy installation to my chest protector. The dangling things in the picture fit between the hinge screws. We attached them easily to a Thor Force and Fox Airframe. It did not however attach to my EVS Revo4. It is not cumbersome in any side to side movement and only slightly in up/down extreme motion. In the line of "neck rolls" it is the best I've ever used. "
