This airbox cover was a complete disappointment. It was extremely hard to thread the bolt as there is no guide to keep the bolt straight unlike the filter frame. The airbox cover is also very easy to over-tighten for this same reason. After I used this for the first and last time I noticed that I had bent the frame of my intake. As you tighten the bolt there is nothing for the frame to brace against and let you know that it's tight. Lastly, the gasket around this airbox cover was flimsy and came off easily which doesn't inspire confidence in it's sealing ability. I think I'll try the Twin Air airbox cover next.

No-Toil Air Box Cover protects dirt, debris, liquids, and any cleaning agents from entering your air intake while cleaning your bike!
- In order to properly clean an air box, you need to remove your air filter and clean the whole air box with cleansers and water.
- No-Toil makes this air box cover out of a hard, composite material that completely covers your air intake and won't allow any liquids to penetrate to your intake.
- The contact point on the air box cover has a strip of soft rubber that creates an impermeable seal.
- Simply remove your air filter and install this air box cover - Your air box is now ready for cleaning with No-Toil Air Box Cleaner.
- Note: Air Box Cover now comes with a bonus exhaust plug at not extra cost.
I put it on and it leaked and put water into the carb and cylinder .Had to take everything apart and went through 2 spark plugs. A real disappointment .
cover fits out bikes perfect. works great
After using the Twin Air Airbox covers for quite a few years, I tried the No Toil cover to save a few dollars. The cover worked the exact same as a Twin Air and I was able to save a few dollars, I was very happy. The only kicker was finding the bolt hole on my airbox to tighten the cover onto. I am sure with more practice I will be able to find it easier.
these work great but the screw that's included isn't long enough, you have to use the screw from your filter cage.
the are box cover doesn't seal that good sometimes water gets in the air box.
The perfect glove for when the weather starts warming up
I make it a practice to keep one of these products for all my bikes (ktms) to make cleaning easier and avoid water entering the intake or exhaust. Compared to other brands this air box cover is harder to position as there is no flange that will drop into the air box hole for exact fit, making it hard to center the cover and ensure there is a good seal... sort of floats around the rim! Rubber edge also has a tendency to fall off as well and requires some glue.
All in all it works, but it should come with something like a PC racing gasket which is an adhesive foam ring around the air box opening that will make it easier to get a good seal with this product. The exhaust plug is a nice plus.
Was good but the cover doesn't sale as good as I would like it to be.
Tried it out first time on my 06 crf250r and it leaked water all into my intake, carb and motor. Very poor product. However no-toil sent me over $250 worth of product to make up for the mistake. Good company, bad product!
the screw is not long enough to reach my air box so i have to use my air filter one which also means its not as water tight because it is not as sealed where the screw goes in. other than that great product
The only complaint I have about this product is the rubber around the lip of the cover started coming off when I would remove it from the airbox. A little super glue did the job, but I have had twin air covers before and never had a problem.
bolts a little to long and the bolt rubber grommet does not last, falls apart.
the screw is way too long so you have to fiddle with it inside the airbox which lets dirt fall in while you are installing it and the rubber seal around the screw does not last. the twin air unit is easier to use and holds up longer. The exhaust plug has worked great. This is one of the only ones that fit every silencer perfectly
I ordered this for my CR250 (two-stroke). the bolt that was supplied was about an inch too short. I basically paid $25 for an exhaust plug. I shouldn't have to go to the hardware store just so I can use this item. I've been riding a long time and should have stuck with a product I'm familiar with, Twin Air!
The air box cover works great and makes a preety tight seal for cleaning. The exhaust plug does not work so hot. overall a good buy for the $$$!!
I love being able to easily clean my airbox and not worry about dirt getting in my engine when I change my air filter. I got this cover for my two stroke and a Twin Air cover for my four stroke. They both work well but to my surprise the No Toil seems more sturdy and the seal is much better. The seal is one solid piece and it stays attached to the cover well. The Twin Air seal comes off often. This is my individual experience. Writing this gave me the idea to silicone the Twin Air seal to the cover. I suppose the only difference after that would be color.
I got this cover pretty much since it was cheaper than the twin air cover. I mean it works and seems to seal everything up but the quality is a seat behind the twin air cover I have for my other bike.
Next time I buy an airbox cover it will be the twin air...
