Awesome Fitment on 2012 KTM 450SX
Kick stand is a work of art. Tucks perfectly up behind the number plate. I was concerned about strength where it attaches to the chassis via the lower chain roller. I don't think you would want to lever the bike up on the kick stand but for normal use (just leaning the bike on it) seems more than sturdy enough. I would have given it 5 stars but the supplied tapered hex head long bolt that replaces the lower roller bolt has a very soft head. You basically end up distorting the hex head just to tighten it. I just hope I don't have to take it off or I"ll be looking for a hardened replacement bolt.

Better Design
Kickstand works very well. There are no issues with the kickstand even while riding. There is one design flaw. The hard plastic chain guard on the bottom has to be drilled through in order for the larger bolt that came with the stand to be bolted onto the swingarm. If you have to take off the kickstand, the chain guard will not affix properly with the factory bolt.

Worth the money
After reading one review that it was worth the cost, I purchased it for my son. The installation was easy and the quality is excellent. After breaking down in the woods because my son thought the dirt bike was a submarine. I abused the kickstand as leverage to ensure I got all the water out of the engine. It took the full weight of the bike and didn't bend or break! After the fix, it still worked as designed. Very happy I didn't get a cheap kickstand!

Great replacement
My 2009 KTM's kickstand finally died. this replacement was easy to install, fit correctly, looks good and works as expected. Not cheap but necessary.
