Product Description

  • Introducing MDX - You don't crash in one direction, why should your lever bend in one? The new V-1 MDX is not a 'flex' lever. The V-1 uses the new multi-directional or MDX platform. Like no other lever before it, the V-1 MDX moves forward, up and down. Eliminating the need for expensive, complicated perches. MDX, because you don't crash in one direction.
  • Invincible technology - Covered by patent 6,047,611. No other lever has this level of technology in it. No cables to break, just good solid hardware.
  • Available for Clutch and Brake applications.
  • Specifically made to have tight tolerance to fit OEM application model perches.
  • Guaranteed - We will back every V-1 MDX lever with an unprecedented five year warranty.
  • Light - The V-1 MDX lever weighs in at a svelte 123 grams.
  • Color availability may vary by application.

Got a set of these for Christmas from my wife. Nice looking product but I needed brush guards to protect my hands and levers from branches and vines on the tight trails

Very nice brake lever
Ive only used this on about 2 rides to the track but it works great. Havent fallen over on it yet but I have a clutch lever that is the same thing and it has gone through numerous wrecks and still works like the day I put it on. Definetly worth the money if you dont wanna worry about breaking your lever.

Great levers feel great on hands and very tough, I have these on all my bikes and they are a life saver when you crash worth every penny they end up paying for them selves in the long run I was at a race the other day and a guy was running around trying to find a brake lever I just looked and smiled

Must Have
If you ride you should have something like these on your bike. A broken lever out in the woods is no fun. These levers give you just a little bit more confidence if you go down you can ride away

Made the front brake mushy
This product is a great idea and the first time I crashed with it on my bike it worked perfectly. However, it made my front brake feel mushy and no amount of bleeding could fix the problem. Going back to a stock-like lever solved the problem immediately and switching back to the V1 made the problem return. If you crash a lot or DNF a lot because of broken levers this is a product to look into but if you'd rather your brake feel like normal and risk crashing and breaking a lever I’d avoid the product.

Will never buy anything else
I absolutely love this lever. The only downfall is that the stock rubber boot doesn't cover the lever correctly. Other than that the product does the job just as it states. I'll always buy a breakaway lever for every bike.
