Lasting, Good Looking, and Functional

These pegs offer loads more of grip over stock foot pegs. The combination of being wider and having well designed teeth prevent your feet from slipping off, even when wet. I got the orange ones to match my KTM and they definitely increased the appearance of my bike. In fact, my footpegs are one of the first compliments i get on it. I've had these for more than two years and despite being thrashed against rocks, trees, and whatever you can find on a forrest floor, theyre still holding up with only a few nicks in them.

You can notice it has a chip out of it right on one of the teeth yet it still stayed in place

Same height as stock?
On the kx450f there's to options on how high to run your pegs... I run mine as high as possible. I'm hoping these don't have a lower profile or anything and will actually be lower than stock.... Probably not, but I figured I'd ask. I've already ordered them anyways, so I'm hoping the platform will be the same height as stock. Thanks

Yes. Height is the same as stock but they are wider in both directions tho. I love them.

These should sit in the same position as the stock pegs would when mounted. They will be a bit wider than your OEM pegs though.

Can you use the stock springs with the new pegs?
2 months 16 days ago Location: Perth WA, Australia
Yeah, it's a straight swap of the pegs using the same springs , pretty easy to install.

The only Turner footpegs we have available for that 2005 Honda CRF450R are the silver footpegs.

Would this footpeg fit a 2013 Suzuki drz400sm?
MotoSport Staff
Unfortunately they will not fit. We do carry some aftermarket footpegs but you will have to profile your bike for a 2013 Suzuki DRZ400S which use the same footpegs.

Whats the weight limit on the pegs?
MotoSport Staff
Over 9 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
There is not a weight limit associated to the foot pegs. With the forces that a foot peg can see, especially when casing jumps and other large impacts, the pegs are over engineered to withstand this. These will work fine for even the biggest of dirt bike riders.

Which footpeg is left or right?
Not such a big deal, but I notice in the picture that the number of cleats differ in design from one footpeg to the other near where the footpeg attaches to the frame. Is the one with more cleats for the shift side of the bike? (the left side) And what is the reasoning behind less number of cleats on one compared to the other? Just curious because I will be ordering a set.

The reason behind one of the pegs having less cleats or teeth, is because on most models the kick start lever will actually hit the peg when starting the bike. Since not all the pegs are the same for each model, this can vary depending on what bike you have.
Over 10 months ago Location: Chicago, IL
Hi, You've probably already ordered these and don't need an answer but anyway, don't worry you cannot install the pegs wrong. Regarding the number of cleats, the right side has a "blank" space to accommodate the kick starter. On most bikes, it usually hits that spot. Safe riding!
