Product Description

Introducing MDX - You don't crash in one direction, why should your lever bend in one? The new V-1 MDX is not a 'flex' lever. The V-1 uses the new multi-directional or MDX platform. Like no other lever before it, the V-1 MDX moves forward, up and down. Eliminating the need for expensive, complicated perches. MDX, because you don't crash in one direction.

  • Invincible technology - Covered by patent 6,047,611. No other lever has this level of technology in it. No cables to break, just good solid hardware.
  • Available for Clutch and Brake applications.
  • Specifically made to have tight tolerance to fit O.E.M. application model perches.
  • Guaranteed - Sunline will back every V-1 MDX lever with an unprecedented five-year warranty.
  • Light - The V-1 MDX lever weighs in at a svelte 123 grams.
  • Color availability may vary by application.

Great!
I love these. They were put on my bike when i bought it. The worst thing i did to them was today which was bending it. Didn't break but just bent. Its a little expensive to replace though.

Got a set of these for Christmas from my wife. Nice looking product but I needed brush guards to protect my hands and levers from branches and vines on the tight trails. I sent them back and exchanged for acerbic brush gaurds.

Best lever on the market
This is the last clutch lever I will ever have to buy and I love It. I live in the pacific northwest and ride pretty aggressive and this lever was put to the ultimate test. It has been through a few good wrecks where stock ones or even asv's would have snapped clean off. After every few rides take the lever apart, clean the mud out, and re-oil the joints and it will last forever.

Awesome quality and design!
This was one of if not the best addition I have ever made to any bike! Cheaper than ASV and in my opinion better! Great product that I recommend to anyone who has ever broken a lever!

Great but bad
Had theses levers on my rm 125 and they have taken hard hits. but just lazily dropping the bike like trying to stop on a hill and the clutch bent. Twice this has happened then you have to wait a week why sunline sends you a new one, they need to work on the lever part instead of the joint and the lever was well out of the way i race and im my own mechanic so i know that they were on right

Decent purchase
they shipped it to me fast, but when i went to put it on my 08 crf250r stock perch, it just didnt fit. i had to do A LOT of tinkering and shaving metal, which i dont recommend. after i got it in, i was very pleased! i went and test rode it in my sand ruts and put the clutch on the ground. it moved perfectly out the way and i just picked it up and slapped it right back in place!

No, this is just the clutch lever. The description states that the brake lever is available as well if you want to match it, but you have to purchase it separately.

Hotstart?
were can or can i get a hotstart for this lever
Expert MotoSport Staff
Over 3 years ago Location: Portland, OR
Sorry at this time we don't offer a hot start lever for the MDX levers. In order to use this lever you must relocate the hot start to the throttle side. we have multiple options for this: http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/product/DRD-HOTSTART-SYSTEM/?catalogId=101492 http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/product/TURNER-HOT-START-KIT/?catalogId=106997 http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/product/RIDE-ENG-HOT-START-SILVERBLACK/?catalogId=105830
