Awsome Pipe
Great pipe, it fit perfect, looks amazing and sound even better. I got the Platinum pipe wih Factory 304 silencer. Ive had an fmf fatty on the bike before and I like this setup a lot better. It really seems to pull a lot harder across the whole power band. 02 CR250r

Worth it!
I have always ran FMF on my 2 strokes, but wanted to try something different. Let me tell you all, after running this ProCircuit combo I will NEVER go back to FMF, NEVER!! I went with the platinum and factory sound combo for my YZ125. It really woke up the bike a lot, and you could get way more use out of your powerband. I definatly recommend this to any two-smoker out there!!

Awesome Exhaust
I purchased the exhaust combo for my son's KX85 and he loves it. The bike sounds better, looks better and runs faster. I would definately do it all over again if I had to. We have bought several products from MotoSport and have been happy with them all. The selection and availability is outstanding, plus you can't beat the shipping cost and you get it super fast. I now don't even bother shopping around, I just go straight to the Moto Sport web site and get what I need.

Good pipe
increased horespower and made a better sound only issue is they get dents in the pipe real easily but there is a company that will fix them for around 60$

Pro Circuit Exhaust
I used the pro circuit platinum pipe with the R304 short silencer w/ Vforce 3 reeds. You can definitely feel more top and bottom end power, and she revs like crazy! Easy installation... I would recommend it to anyone with a 2 smoker that's looking for more pop when you hit that throttle!

1996 yz 250 Pro Circuit Exhaust?
Is the platinum 2 or/and the 304 shorty offered for a 96 yz250? it only gives me the platinum 1 and standard 304 muffler options. If they aren't offered is there another year say a 2000 yz 250 that I can order that will fit on my 1996 yz 250? -Thanks

Unfortunately the Platinum 2 and 304 shorty are not available for your model at this time. If there were other years that fit, the part number would cross-reference to multiple models and you would see it as an option when selecting the parts. Since this isn't the case, there aren't any other model years that would work out.

My dad just bought me a new 2012 kx 65, i really want this pipe combo but will i need to rejet bike?

Yes, re-jetting will be important for the bike to run properly and get the most out of your aftermarket exhaust.

Do i need to rejet my 2005 yz125 if i buy this combo exhaust?

You should always check your jetting after installing an exhaust. Most likely you will need to do a little bit of jetting.

YZ 250. what is best for the race track and an occational desert race?
MotoSport Staff
Over 3 years ago Location: Tualatin
there is no performance difference between the works and the platinum pipe, but the platinum 2 will give you more lower end if that is what you are looking for. as far as the silencers, the shorty will give a little more bottom end over the standard 304.

I have read about shortty silencers and regular ones, and most of the things I have read is that shorttys help out bottem to mid range power and the silencers like the Factory 304 will help mid to top end and this seemed to be true with my CR125.

I think im goiing to buy the pro circuit pipe for my cr 85....do i need to change the jets in it?
All jetting specifications can be found on the Pro Circuit website.

you'll probably have to lean it out a little bit but not much. maybe 1 smaller on the main jet. depending on your elevation/temperature etc.

Where can i find the pro circuit R304 silencer without the pipe ?
MotoSport Staff
Over 3 years ago Location: P+RTLAND
use the search bar and search "R304" and it should pull it right up.
2 years 11 months ago Location: box elder, sd
i believe the you have to have the expansion chamber to run the silencer.

Which gives more power for a cr85 a fmf pipe or a pro circuit pipe?
I ride a cr85 and I want the most power. Which would be better a fmf or a pro circuit.
MotoSport Staff
Over 3 years ago Location: P+RTLAND
To be honest, both are going to be around the same as far as power gains go. Just make sure you check your jetting after installation.

i always ran fmf sst pipes on my cr85 and they worked perfect for me. they're tough and can take alot of abuse also.

Hardware???
Does this combo come with any hardware such as the springs or o-rings? Or is it just pipe and silencer?
Top 1000 Contributor
Over 3 years ago Location: Sacramento, CA
The combo I purchased did not have any mounting hardware, o-rings or springs. I had to use the OEM springs, gasket, o-rings, etc.

Both silencers?
can a spark arrestor be installed in either of these silencers
MotoSport Staff Expert
Over 3 years ago Location: USA
This exhaust system does not give you the option to purchase the spark arrestor silencer. If you need the S/A silencer, you will have to purchase the pipe and silencer separately, http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/product/PRO-CIRCUIT-SPARK-ARRESTOR-SILENCER/?catalogId=107382

In the catalog it shows there being a pipe and spark arrestor combo for 329.99. Would i be able to get that for my bike here on the website? or would i have to call it in?

I'm not understanding your question, the website actually lists the price as being cheaper than the catalog.
