Love how fast the 2012 kx250f is, can't believe how lousy the front brakes are. A drum brake from a 1982 XR 200 would have worked better. So you have to spend some bucks to stop the thing and this product is a great choice. Crushes the stock front brake and is cheaper than other options. It felt worked in after a few motos and haven't had any problems after about 20 hours. Rock and Roll.

Excellent Product
I just added a new oversized front brake to my DRZ-S. Have always thought the stock front brake was pretty weak. The hardware provided is "top shelf". Excellent machining. It is an improvement. Nothing earth shattering, but better. I did put some new EBC pads on at the same time. Bedded them in easy before doing my first stoppie !!!! Much better brake feel now. It certainly increased the bling points of the bike. Good looking addition. Overall this is a good upgrade, especially at the price offered.

Excellent Brake Package
I decided to purchase this after pricing all of the alternative $300.00 plus kits available and reading the previous reviews. What a great move it was with the quality being very good. It may be a bit heavier than some of the others but I wouldn't know the difference when riding. The braking feel and power is significantly better than stock and I wouldnt know what to do with more stoppinrg power. It took a ride or two to break in the new pads and get used to it but I am very pleased with this product. Save your money and buy this one.

Great!
Installed on a 2012 RMZ450. Excellent, strong, good build quality. I have owned all the expensive oversize kits and will never buy them again. I think about all the money I saved every time I squeeze the brakes....

Oversize Frt Rotor Kit...
I'm a Vet Expert having retired from AMA Pro Racing awhile ago.. I have had plenty of oversized rotor kits and I must say that this product is a sleeper. For the cost I think its a must have. Brake fad is reduced and one finger touch alows you to keep more fingers on the bars... Here in Ohio we have been racing indoors and I would recommend this product to all that can use more stopping power... Thumbs UP... Dave R & D Extreme, President

Is it easy to install the bracket on an 06 Honda CR250 2 stroke?
Also, will the stock pads work with this set up, and will there be any other parts needed?

Yes, installation is fairly straight forward and pretty simple to install onto the bike. Basically, the rotor comes with a relocation bracket to move the caliper out far enough to clear the clear. Stock brake pads will work great and you don't need any other hardware.

How do you install the bracket?
How do you install the bracket. I don't know if possibly I got sent the wrong bracket but it just does not line up to the caliper.

If you have a Honda, it can be confusing. but since I don't know what kind of bike your mounting this on, I don't know.
