^^^you may have bought the fmf quiet core for the ti4/factory4. it looks the same but has a different diameter. i have the insert installed on my 04 crf 250s powerbomb and factory 4 systme and it quieted it down substancially. i dont know the exact dB but it passes tech inspection for ecea hare scrambles, sooo....it works! they sell the quiet core for your exhaust, so it you want to spend the $25 its worth it.

Sorry this quiet insert will not fit the 4.1 systems. At the moment FMF has not release one yet. They've listed it as TBA.

no this is just a quiet insert, you would need to purchase the Ti Powercore spark arrester screen separately.

Mine actually did come with a spark arrestor screen in it. FMF may have updated it more recently to have one

Can this insert fit on an mdk speed exaust by fmf 4.1 duel?

i have a crf250r 2008 and i need to quiet this bike down for the woods. also does this insert have a spark arrestor?

Yes, this will fit the dual MDK exhaust and it does have a spark arrestor.

the Factory 4 system use the FMF TI4 quiet core insert, not this one.
