Fantastic Exhaust
Ive had a few rides on this exhaust so far and i love it. after being frustrated from constantly getting dents out of my titanium fmf factory 4.1, i decided to try the stainless steel pro circuit out. i don't notice any difference in weight and the power is so much better. its also a lot quieter that the fmf and was a million times easier to install. and of coarse, it looks great

Mellow low end, Monster top end
I bought this exhaust for my 09 CRF450R. It's absolutely amazing how it totally changed the powerband. It took away a couple horses from the low end and added a few to the top end. Very smooth long powerband with a ton of top end. I don't like 450's with massive low end hit, so for me this pipe makes the CRF450R very easy to ride.

No, this exhaust is specifically for closed course racing. The end cap is welded on so there is no way to put a spark arrestor in it.

Does this system give the same power gains as the titanium system?? Really besides just weight does one have an advantage over the other?
MotoSport Staff Expert

The only difference between stainless steel and titanium is weight. No performance differences between the 2. Well I guess if you really think about it, Titanium is lighter, thus making the weight of the bike less, which puts less strain on motor to crank the wheel, you might get a tiny bit of performance gain. But I'm sure the same analogy can be said if you went on a diet and loss 5 pounds.

weight is the only difference. and thats the only advantage.
