Expected better fit. Finish good. Not a Hinson
So I bought this to replace a Hinson with slight wear after 4 years of hard Xc racing in a trx450r. Upon opening the box the finish looked good. The mounting plate and fasteners were noticeably smaller and cheaper. After bolting the basket to the gear I immediately noticed quite a bit of play. I then tried it on a second gear with a second set of cushions and still way too much play. I then tried both sets back on my hinson and it had significantly less play. Almost none. This made me call motosport to return for a new hinson. They took care of me as always. Hinson all the way.

My clutch was totally shot. I replaced with the Wisco Clutch Basket and the Wisco Clutch Pack Kit. I also ordered the stock Inner Hub. Installation was straight forward and I'm no mechanic and it was no problem. My clutch feels very strong and is very smooth with possitive engagement.

put this in my 07 250sxf even though my oem basket was hardly notched, clutch was still grabby. noticed a complete difference right away. clutch engagement is better and movement is so smooth. lifetime warranty is tops in my book, plus its a nice looking part before you hide it under your clutch cover! just buy one its worth it, just like any other performance basket but this one is good for life!!!!!

I have had this in my sons 08 Kx 65 race bike for close too a year now. Took the clutch apart and still no grooves in the basket. Great product but a little pricey . But it is worth the money in my book.

Why is the clutch kit $25.81 more than if I buy a basket and a clutch pack kit separately??

After doing a little bit of digging on the price discrepancy, it turns out the kit is more expensive because it comes with the necessary cushions. The basket by itself does NOT come with them. We are updating our product descriptions to include this information. So if you were to purchase the basket and clutch kit separate- you would still need to purchase the cushions (which come in the complete kit).

Are all bikes listed under fits tab use the same part as chosen from catalog?
I look up Rm 125 year2002 and choose a clutch basket. When I look at the fits these bikes tab am I to assume the one I chose fits all those bikes?

No, definitely don't assume that all of those bikes listed are going to have the same clutch basket (that is why you must profile for your bike when you are picking out specific bike parts). Each bike has a specific part/item associated with it, so make sure that you have your 02' RM125 profiled when you add these items to your cart. If you have any questions or would like to make sure that you get the correct stuff for your bike, I'd recommend that you just give us a call so that we can place the order for you over the phone.
