Product Description

Moto Tassinari is the leader in reed valve technology. Their V-Force 3 Reed Valve System will help increase the power and performance of your motorcycle or ATV.

Key Features on the V-Force 3 Reed Valve System:
  • Rubber over-molded reed cages to promote long reed life.
  • The unique and proven design of the V-Force 3 Reed Valve System doubles the available reed tip surface over a conventional reed valve design.
  • The V-Force 3 Reed Valve System design widens peak power and increases the horsepower over the entire range of the power band.
  • The V-Force 3 Reed Valve System incorporates the industry's first and only patented snap together reed valve design. The entire assembly is completely screw free, meaning that when reed petals need changing the job is now literally a "SNAP".
Profile your ride with our ride selector to select the V-Force 3 Reed Valve System for your motorcycle or ATV.

One of the best mods for a 2 stroke
I have an 06 yz 125 and looking at the stock vs v-force it is obvious that there is twice the reed surface and it feels like it has an impact on the whole power curve.

BEST PURCHASE EVER
The Vforce reeds are without a doubt the best purchase I have ever made for my 2003 yz125. It adds a ton of bottom end power and they get me into powerband a lot faster. These are a must have for any 2 stroke! The installation took a little time but it was fairly easy. I would definetly buy these again and I would even pay double the price for them. Buy these reeds you won't be disappointed!

Instant throttle response!
A super product. First of all, I live in Norway, and the motosport guys delivered the reeds in just over a week! Now over to the reeds. i installed the reeds on my KTM sx 125 in an hour, i took it with ease, and im 15. When i started up the bike, and put it in first, and BRAAAAAP! You could really feel the difference between stock and VForce. The Bike reved in a second! I would really recomend this to others!

4 Stroke Grunt for your 2 Stroke
I have this reed cage on both my 05' CR125 and 07' CR250. Both cages did the same thing: improve throttle response and makes the bike more snappy. I gave the durability a 4 because the reed petals do wear a little quickly. But you should replace your petals after 30 hrs if you ride your bike frequently or race every weekend. The snap together cage is genius and makes petal changes easy. Overall good reed cage and always catches an eye or two when friends check out your bike.

Great power gains
I had a cracked petal on the stock reed cage so i went with these. Install was straight forward and the performance gains were great the bike is very responsive.

What is the power increase of adding these to your bike?
MotoSport Staff
1 month 24 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
There is no set power increase as it will vary bewteen all the different bikes. What you can fully expect is better throttle response and better over-rev in addition to the extra horsepower. You can't go wrong by installing these on your 2 strokes. I have had these installed on every 2 stroke I have owned, and have them installed on ones that I currently own.

How Easy?
How hard would it be to install this on a CR 125 2000 model? Also, how much time will it take?
this is an easy part to install. simply pull the carb off, pull the oem reed cage out and install the vforce3 reeds in the same location. this should take about 10 to 15 min depending on your mechanical skill level.

Fairly easy. You will need to remove seat, subframe, carb, then replace old with new. Make sure gasket seals very well and carb and airbox boot are seated and sealed fully.

Will it help?
i have a blaster bored .80 over its been rejetted and all before i bought it. but the reeds i have in it are just terrible. will these reeds give me more power and longer life then boysen reeds
MotoSport Staff
Over 3 years ago Location: P+RTLAND
This system will give you a major boost on your bottom to mid range. As far as life span goes, as long as you maintain them and properly maintain your bike they should last just as long or even longer than the boysen set up. There really is no expected life span of reeds since there are so many variables as to why they would break down.
