Dunlop 952 exclent performance and durable

Incredible performance at a bargain price! I'm not nice to tires and this set is holding its own. 6 or 7 HARD rides mixed with everything from fast, rocky, berm blasting double track to sloppy red clay single track. They break loose when I want them to spin and hook up in those "close call" situation. Impressive durability mixed with confidence inspiring traction, you just cant go wrong with this set of tires and at clearance prices! Its a no brainier. Braaaaaap! Thanks Motosport for the great price and Dunlop for the great set of skins.

Awesome Tires!!

These are great tires at an amazing price! Motocross worthy. I'm very satisfied. The installation only got 3 stars because we all know how the rear goes on. Any tire would get a three because they are tough to put on.

952=Durable

These are the most durable tire I have put on my bike! The front is a little vague while cornering but is very acceptable. The rear will be around for quite a few rides.

ARE THESE TIRES FOR INTERMEDIATE TERRAIN?

Really the Dunlop D952 Tires are designed to work well on all terrains. They do feature a knobby pattern that is similar to any intermediate tire (much like the old Dunlop D756). I personally have run these tires (on a '05 KX250F and a '07 KX450F) and they worked good for me every where I tried them really. They may not offer quite the intermediate terrain traction as the Dunlop MX51, but they are more versatile if you are riding more than just intermediate terrain. Also, one awesome feature of the Dunlop D952 is the durability. They take forever to wear out, I ran the D952 rear tire for twice as long as I normally could run a D756 or MX51. If you are looking for a good all around tire that will last you a long time, I would say this would be a great choice for you.

When your on the Dunlop 250/450F D952 Tire Combo page, on the right side, you will need to profile your 2013 KTM 450SXF you will then see the front and rear tire selection.

What is the story with the 952's? They look like the 752's of the early 90's. I have a MX51 on the front of my YZ right now, it works decent and is?
holding up well. With these 952's, Are they basically the old 752's with a harder compound? And how do they work in intermediate terrain compaired to the MX51's?

This tire is patterned after the D752. It has a redesigned knobby structure and is designed to work on a broader range of terrain than an MX51. While this tire will work over a broader range of terrain and last longer, it will lack performance of a terrain specific tire in its correct terrain.
