Traction to Spear......
I live in Phoenix Arizona, and surprisingly you can find every kind of terrain imaginable. When you don't know what's around the next corner, I'm glad I have a set of Maxxis Maxxcross IT on my bike. They help me dig in, out of all kinds of situations. They perform great, and last a long time.

One of the best
This is probably one of the best front tires that have ever been mounted to my bike. Works awesome on just about everything from hard pack to sand. its a 80/100-21 but it looks a lot smaller which kinda bothered me at first but the traction definately makes up for it.

Good tire
I usually use Dunlops, but thought I would try this tire because it was on sale and I wanted to compare. I rode it in mud, sand, rock, gravel, and hardpack. This tire dug in great and I never felt my front end give way even in the tightest, sloppiest turns. The next test will be to see how long it lasts. I typically change my front tire every 10 to 15 good rides.
