Rips

long live the 2 stroke! pipe rips and stays looking new for a while- cover it with WD-40 when you clean the bike.

Good silencer for a 125

Was great paired with e Pro circuit spark arrest or, and was very good power booster, plus looks good on the bike, and seems to be okay durability, but not as good as FMF. By far one of the best power boosters in terms of 2 stroke pipes, I've ever used.

PC Factory 304 - 92' Noleen Yamaha YZ250

The 304 really lets all my horses out, top and bottom end show significant power increase. Had a spark arrest on before. Very snappy on the pipe, no back pressure lost. No change in spark plug wear. Hidden behind the number plate, very neat to the bike. SOUNDS SIKK!!!

Best sounding banshee silencer

i bought these to pair with a set of shearer inframe drag pipes they fit like a glove and took the banshees crackling sound away and gave her a extraordinary exhaust note in between a 4 stroke and a chainsaw sounds like an angels soung to my ears.

Pro circuit 304

This looks like its going to be a good silencer, it was a little hard to put on my 2007 kx 85 you have to force it some it was off a little bit. Havent got to ride it yet or start it up but im going to tommorw. But by hard to put on i mean you have to push real hard and it pushes the rubber muffler joint thing some and it goes back a little extra.

Great purchace, better sound, more power

this silincer was a great buy, it quieted my bike down a bit and made it sound awesome, and i didnt even need to rejet my kx 80, there was a major power increase throught low to high rpm's the only problem was that the silincer didnt fit in the stock position and it wouldn't let me put my side pannel on right, and i had to modify the side pannel to get the new silincer to fit in but it looks alright, the silincer didn't look like it does in the picture but whatever, overall a great buy

Does this silencer have a spark arrestor?
i need to know if this silencer is legal to use in the woods. Thank you

This silencer does not have a spark arrestor. I would recommend looking at the Pro Circuit Spark Arrestor Silencer or the FMF Turbine Core 2 for a silencer with a spark arrestor.

Jetting for 2000kx250?
It s a 2000 kx 250 .Bryson power reeds.fatty pipe .304procircet silencer

The jetting will vary based on your location and what elevation you ride at. For best results I would use Pro Circuits website and their jetting center for a baseline to start from, and jet accordingly from there for what elevation you are located at. Pro Circuit's jetting center can be found here : http://www.procircuit.com/jettingspecs.htm

If I put this on my 2012 YZ125 with a stock header will I have to Re-jet my bike?
If i put this pipe on my 2012 Yamaha YZ125 with a stock header, will i still have to re-jet my bike?

With just installing a silencer on your 2012 YZ125, you should not need to re-jet if the bike is currently jetted properly.

Will a year 2000 Honda CR250 Pro Circuit Factory 304 Silencer 2-Stroke fit a 2007 CR250 ?
MotoSport Staff

The silencers between the 2000 and 2007 CR250's are different and not interchangeable.

What is the sound difference between the stock muffler and the pro Circuit Factory 304 Silencer - 2-Stroke?
MotoSport Staff
Over 9 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
For the most part they will sound very similar. If the stock silencer hasn't been repacked and is very loud and tinny sounding, then this will quiet it down some and give it a throaty sound back. A stock silencer that is properly packed, wont sound incredibly different than the Pro Circuit silencer on your 1995 CR80.

Do I need a jet kit for the 304 if so which on and would it fit on my 89 yz80 with the stock header?
MotoSport Staff
Over 9 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
When replacing the stock silencer, you should not have re-jet your YZ80 . The jetting it is currently running with, as long as it is jetted correctly, should work just fine.

No, the two different models require their own silencer.

Will this silencer fit?
will this silencer fit on fmf fatty pipe? because i do not like the fmf silencer you have for the 1991 rm 125.
yes, as long as you have your ride set as an rm 125 and the correct year. because i have a 2002 cr 250 with a procircuit shorty and fmf fatty. it fits just fine.
Over 4 years ago Location: stephens city va
any pipe silencer should work together as long as they both read will work with factory headpipe, silecer so just call fmf and ask them if you dont know. the silencer will work as long as the fatty pipe works with the stock silencer

05 was the last year of the alluminum frame. not 100% sure but i would say the mounts changed when it went from 05 to 06. whether they changed it on the main frame or subframe im not sure. but because they stopped at 05 i would assume thats whats going on.
