Sick

Great looking pipe, I got the works finish. The mid range on my yz 250 is definitely stronger, lost a little on bottom vs. stock. You can tell a difference for sure.

Pro Circuit Pipe And Silencer Combo

Pipe was rusted in the bag? It must have sat on the shelf for some time, enough that i had to oil it and hit it with scotch brite to remove..quality control should have caught this before shipping?

Pro circuit pipe and silencer

I will have to tell you that with the yz125s the stock pipe is great but i was looking for more top end and the pc pipe does exactly that but it takes away from the bottom end a bit to give you more top. this pipe also definitley requires jetting changes because this pipe runs lean on top and i mean really lean. had to from i beleive stock which was a 430 to a 450 main jet. Anyone looking to buy this for their 125 just know what your getting into before buying it. I also think a vforce reed would be such a good compliment of the pipe and thats most certainly my next purchase for the bike. thanks guys

Awsome Pipe

Great pipe, it fit perfect, looks amazing and sound even better. I got the Platinum pipe wih Factory 304 silencer. Ive had an fmf fatty on the bike before and I like this setup a lot better. It really seems to pull a lot harder across the whole power band. 02 CR250r

Worth it!

I have always ran FMF on my 2 strokes, but wanted to try something different. Let me tell you all, after running this ProCircuit combo I will NEVER go back to FMF, NEVER!! I went with the platinum and factory sound combo for my YZ125. It really woke up the bike a lot, and you could get way more use out of your powerband. I definatly recommend this to any two-smoker out there!!

Great throttle response! Sounds great. Remember to reuse the o-rings from factory exhaust and get some high temp never seize. super fast install in less than 10 minutes.

Awesome Exhaust

I purchased the exhaust combo for my son's KX85 and he loves it. The bike sounds better, looks better and runs faster. I would definately do it all over again if I had to. We have bought several products from MotoSport and have been happy with them all. The selection and availability is outstanding, plus you can't beat the shipping cost and you get it super fast. I now don't even bother shopping around, I just go straight to the Moto Sport web site and get what I need.

Whats beter?
i have a 2004 KX 125 and I'm about a beginner to intermiediat rider and i was wondering what pipe would be better I'm going to be getting the platinum pipe but what should i get a shorty or the factory? I'm also getting a v force3 reed so witch would be best? and i plan on racing.

The shorty silencer would be better for low to mid-range power gain where as the Factory 304 silencer would give you a broader overall power band (most of the power gain would be in the mid-range to top-end). Either set up would work great with the V-Force 3 Reed Valve on your bike.

Will I need to order pipe springs with this pipe/silencer combo to install?
Expert MotoSport Staff
You'll want to re-use the stock springs. If this isn't an option, ordering replacements would be a good idea as the Pro Circuit exhaust will not come with springs.

Whats the difference between the factory 304 and the shorty?
im re building my bike and i didnt know what would be a better silencer the factory 304 or the shorty, and what is the difference between the two silencers, bike is a 01 kx 125

The shorty is basically just a shorter version of the R304 silencer. The shorty would be for low to mid power gains, where as most of the power gained with the standard R304 would be throughout the mid to high RPM range.

Jets for the pro circuit platinum pipe?
What is the recommended main jet for just the Pro Circuit Platinum pipe? It has a keihin model W carb.
Expert MotoSport Staff
23 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
There is not a specific setting I could give you for jetting your bike. It would really depend on your location (altitude/temperature) and how your bike is running with the current jetting. Jetting can be very tricky, there isn't one setting that will work everywhere with every bike. I would recommend taking your bike to a motorcycle with a service department to have it properly jetted.

Which header pipe has the gold finish do I have to custom order one that has the gold?

Pro Circuit does not offer a pipe with a gold finish. The Pro Circuit Platinum Pipe is nickle plated and has a chrome appearance.

Mix and match year pipe and silencer?
I was wondering if I could order a 2000cr250 header pipe with a 2003cr250 silencer for the combo price. Reason being I built a custom cr with an 2000 engine in a 2003 frame. Thanks, Ryan

You would not be able to order the combo for 2 different bikes online, Via the website you would have to order the pipe and silencer separately for each specific bike. I would recommend giving us a call at 888-676-8853 and we should be able to take your order over the phone and set up the combo for the exact pipe and silencer you need.

Which finish would be in chrome, the works or the plantinum?
MotoSport Staff Expert
3 months 20 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
The Platinum Pipe is the Chrome finish. The Works is the raw metal finish.

I have a 93 rm 125 i am looking fir a silencer with a spark arrestor do you have 1 for my bike?
MotoSport Staff Expert
4 months 5 days ago
This exhaust combo would fit your 1993 Suzuki RM125 but the silencer in this combo does not have a spark arrestor. Unfortunately, I do not show that we have a spark arrestor silencer available for that particular motorcycle.

Would a pro circuit fatty/shorty combo for a 02 yz 85 fit on the 01 frame ?
BKRW Over 5 months ago
Is the 304 shorty silencer a approved spark arrester? if not which pro-circuit spark arrester is best for this pipe on this bike?
MotoSport Staff
4 months 29 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
The R304 silencer is not spark arrested. Unfortunately Pro Circuit is not offering a spark arrestor for your 2005 KDX220r. The only spark arrested option is the FMF Turbinecore 2 silencer. The FMF silencer can be used with the Pro Circuit pipe or an FMF pipe.
