Pretty Good For the Cost
This is a good buy. You have to do a little finagling to get it in there, but definitely worth it. It is cheap but effective.

Great filter
No Toil is my preferred filter treatment so these fit right with that. The surprise was that I got very good quality, better than OEM or any of the popular brands that I've used at a disposable price.

I thought I'd try these because I'm so tired of cleaning filters. They fit fine. Not as perfectly as the Twin Air but not too bad. My KTM 250XC filter cage has some funny angles on it and it can be a little hard to determine if you are putting it in correctly because No Toil doesn't label their filters the way Twin Air does. No big deal though.
As other people have said, the filter doesn't actually seem to have that much oil on it. Not that you should over oil a filter but these hardly seem to have any on them. I've ridden with them in very dusty conditions without issues so far though.
I did just buy some Maxima pre-oiled filters because I want to try a few different brands of these pre-oiled filters. Plus the Maximas are a few dollar less per filter. I think Moose makes some also. I'll settle on one I like and buy them in bulk.
All in all the No Toil is a pretty decent filter for what it's intended for. They are definitely not better than a Twin Air but if you are like me and are absolutely burned out on cleaning filters these are nice. Because they come in their own sealed plastic bad and come with plastic gloves they are great for keeping a couple stashed in the tool box to have at the track / trails should it get really dusty or if you are camping and riding several days and need to change filters.
FWIW, I"m a former vet intermediate MX'er now racing B class offroad stuff.
