EBC "R" Series sintered brake pads are the ideal choice for racers and weekend warriors looking for an affordable brake pad that lasts.
The EBC "R" Series pads feature a sintered copper alloy construction that delivers medium to high friction for excellent braking performance in riding conditions ranging from mud bogs to desert riding.
Throw your oem pads out! I originally only needed rear pads on my 98 kx250 but I liked them so much I threw out my oem front pads (that were still good) and replaced them with these. Easy to install and well worth the money
These are great brake pads. I run them on front and back with full confidence. My 300 is set up with a left hand rear brake (no foot brake) and I can lock up the rear wheel with a good squeeze of the lever. These pads are not grabby or noisy. Goldilocks award in my book.
Well I have been putting the stock ebc pads in my kx 250 and have currently one pair in the front of my rmz 450. I previously had a galfer set of pads put i wanted to try these again and wanted to check to see if my rotor was still straight after the season of racing which it turns out to be. The biggest problem is the chunking which these pads do. I mean they work ok for the first bit but instead of wearing like a normal pad it breaks big chunks off. Not to mention that these pads fade like crazy! I have not had a set that does not fade within 4 laps on the track. I had a sales guy at the dealer recommend the mx-s pads and hopefully i can say better things about those in a few months
