Product Description

  • Decades of racing development went into the design of the FMF Powercore 4 complete race exhaust to improve the power and performance of your dirt bike or ATV at a practical price.
  • The FMF Powercore 4 is a muffler that will boost power and torque throughout the power range, making the Powercore 4 usable for all types of riding.
  • FMF designed a Hi-Flo end cap and core for the Powercore 4 to increase power by creating a free flowing end cap and a core that allows room for exhaust pulse. This results in a consistent power curve.
  • The FMF Powercore 4 uses and advanced cross-weave packing that is more durable then the traditional packing. The cross-weave packing also keeps the Powercore 4 at a reasonable sound level by dissipating the exhaust sound.
  • FMF constructed the Powercore 4 muffler using aluminum to keep the weight down with a stainless steel head pipe and components for extended durability.

Great buy!
I put it on my sons 2002 xr100 and it sounds great! It took only like 10 mins to put on just un Bolt and re bolt back on! Great price and overall great buy!
Overall
really easy to install and sounds awesome! installed on a 2005 DRZ 110. Only downside is no spark arrestor...we ride trails as well as track. It's a easy install to swap from stock to FMF. Didn't do any jetting.

Best pipe overall
I just received this pipe from motosport and put it on right away I started it up it sounded like a totally different bike I went down the street from my house where there is a dirt lot with a bunch of jumps and I noticed a difference right away other people where there and where video taping me and asked me what kind of bike it was (klx 110) and I told them they said it doesn't even sound like a klx 110! Great pipe!

Get what you pay for.
I was shocked to find a full exhaust for my sons CRF80 for under $200. It fit but only becuase I had the tools to remove and reweld 2 of the threaded mounting points. Fit and finIsh were disappointing but then again this is probably "the bottom" as far as price point on a dull exhaust. I would buy again.

Big Power Increase!
This exhaust is awsome I had it on for a week now and it has amazed me. This was Deffinatly a good buy! I have a 2006 Honda CRF100F and it made it alot more powerful! Plus i started running 93 octane fuel thru it and that topped it off. If you are looking for a rise in power without spending to much money this is the key!

Nice Product
Started out by putting a FMF Power Bomb header on my '06 CRF 450 but I didn't notice much difference at all. Followed up by putting on a full FMF Power Core 4 exhaust on. It mounted easily. It made a very noticable increase in power, much more so then the FMF header did. More significant of power increase when in the lower RPM's if the spark arrestor is out. Louder then stock but not to bad. It's holding up good except for the decals having a tendency to peel back.

Loud for a ttr-125 actually
I got this thing for my old ttr-125 and after a little re-jetting it ran like a top. It was extremely loud without the baffle but the neighbors were a little angry!

Is this pipe a slip over? and will it fit on a 2007 Baja x250?
MotoSport Staff

This would be a full system exhaust. Unfortunately this will not fit your bike and I am unfamiliar with any companies that make after market exhausts for the Baja brand motorcycles.

Will this fit a stock 1999 Honda XR80?
MotoSport Staff
1 month 5 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Yes they do make this exhaust for a 1999 XR80. Just make sure to profile your bike properly so you receive the one specific for your bike. Keep in mind also, after installation your bike may require re-jetting for it to run properly.

Yes, as long as you select the correct model information this exhaust will fit your 2004 Honda CRF100F. The picture displayed isn't always the exact product for your model, and is intended to be an example.

Yamaha?
Can it it fit a 2013 yamaha TTR125LE??
MotoSport Staff
1 month 26 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
This one will not fit unfortunately. But they do offer a nearly identical one that is spark arrested that will fit your 2013 TTR125LE. Please make sure if you place your order you profile the bike as a TTR125. All of the TTR125 models since 2000 use the same exhaust.

What size jets do i need for my crf100f with a fmf powercore 4 full exhaust system?
MotoSport Staff
2 months 15 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
There is no "set" jetting specifications for each model since every situation can vary depending on conditions and other variables. FMF suggests starting with the stock jetting as a baseline and fine tuning as needed for the CRF100F. Also moving the fuel/air adjustment can help zero in on a good setting for the bike.

Jets and air filter?
What kind of jets and what kind of air filter would I get with the FMF?
MotoSport Staff
3 months 22 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Jetting isn't really something that is an exact science. Depending on weather conditions, elevation and the bike's setup- jetting can vary from bike to bike. To get you in the ballpark I would go with the following: Main Jet: 105-107.5 Pilot Jet: 15 Needle Position: 3RD Fuel Screw: 1.75 turns Any air filter would work well with your bike, for example a Uni air filter.
