Maybe 4

These lights were an easy install and wiring was pretty simple but just not bright enough. I really believe that it's because my tag is curved. I would advise that if you have a curved tag that you buy 2 pair for all 4 holes on your tag.

i have a 04 600rr and i just got the lights in the mail n found out they do not fit through the license plate holes so i have to drill the plate holes bigger and they do not have long enough wires to reach any of the wires they need to hook into prolly gonna have to buy more wire and ppossibly take the rear plastics off(it's a pain) and there's no way to hide the wires and good luck finding a wiring diagram to find out which wire to splice into if you have a integrated taillight there's three sets of wires to choose from

Excellent replacement

I have an 07 R1 and just recently installed a fender eliminator kit. Of course it did not come with a license plate light, so I purchased these to replace the stock light. They look great, especially due to the bluish effect they give off it accents the bluish color of my bike. The only thing that bothered me is that I wished that they came with some shrink tubing to protect the thin wire that they used. Other than that they are great.

They do the job

These lights didn't quite light up my whole plate but since they keep me legal I'm happy. They have a blueish look and are easy to install if you know how to hook up basic wires.

Better than Stock

The light is not as white as the picture (blueish) but still look better than the license plate lights that they replace.

Let's face it. Most people like to get rid of those big bulky rear fenders and they go with aftermarket fender eliminator kits. You lose the plate illuminator in the process. These lighted bolts work fine if you want to give the cops less of a reason to pull you over at night!

Keeping Legal!

When I installed my Hotbodies undertail, I noticed a small problem. the undertail did not have provisions for a liscense plate light. This of course is illegal in pretty much ever state in the country, so I had to come up with a solution. THats when I found these. The perfect solution to my problem. they are small and barely distinguishable from standard allan head bolts, the finish is very nice and they are simple to install. just a positive and a negative wire to hook up on each bolt and you are good to go.

Great lights

The plate lights are built really well and look really good also. They are bright and do a great job of lighting the plate. Good investment.
