Cycle Country Standard Under-Chassis Push Tube

Very well made! Strong, sturdy, and great clearance. These have 8"-10" more clearance than a friend's push tube he has on his bike - very necessary when trying to pile snow.

Great product

Mounting was very easy on my 06 Yamaha Kodiak 450 and 07 Polaris Sportsman 800. Bolted right up to the mid frame plow mount with no issues. If you are thinking about a plow set up Cycle Country product is great.

Great product

I bought this product to replace the identical frame that I have had since 2001. I found that it fit the mounting bracket without issues. We also observed that the frame and plow were much heavier which is a huge plus when plowing snow.
Thanks Cycle Country for maintaining a great design

New Style Is Weaker

These new 15-0070 push tubes replaced the old style 15-0001 in 2011 and they are weaker.
The rear cross bar is now much smaller, and mine bent the first time I pulled my 60 inch blade up. In addition, they no longer weld the bracket that holds the manual lift arm pivot to the frame. Rather, it is is just a bracket that bolts to the new and smaller cross bracket (the one that bent) and guess what...it bent too under the weight of the blade.
Granted, I plow a mile of rough dirt road, but the old style push tube lasted me 5 years before the weld broke. No complaints. The new style, narrower cross bracket, and weaker lift arm pivot bracket lasted one trip.

A: It is not required, if you get the plow system with this you can choose to have a manual lift or winch lift. Either will work just fine.

A: We sell the current products offered from Cycle Country for their plows. I would suggest to contact them to make sure the current style push tubes will work with your older mount and blade you have .

A: Cycle Country offers a 1 year warranty on their push tubes. If that is the only part that you need, you can just reorder the push tube.

Q: Is this really a 15-0001?
2 years 7 months ago
The picture shows a 15-0001, but the one review that has been written for this item says that it is a 15-0070. Which one is it? I need a 15-0001 because it is better built than the 15-0070.

A: Cycle Country offers several Push Tube options based upon which mount system you prefer, mid-body, forward or front. Each of our push tubes is constructed of extremely durable steel for outstanding strength and impact resistance. All of our push tubes easily attach to our mount systems, and each style is compatible with all of our current steel and Poly plow blades.
