Tourmaster does not list a thickness. They look less than a quarter inch, but we don't have one cut in half to give an accurate measurement.

Yes, they have a removable insulated liner with rib knit stretch inseam and knee area.

Can these pants be ordered by length?

I am a female with long legs - 34" inseam. I cannot buy womens pants because they are always too short. Men's pants, however, are usually longer in length. Other websites offer the TourMaster pants in different lengths and since I have already ordered from you and like your prices, I wonder if you also offer different lengths as well.
