Overall
High quality price, low quality product
I spent considerable time trying to find the right bag; a high quality touring bag with all the right features/components. I looked through hundreds of products and the T-Bags Route 66 seemed to be the perfect combination of quality (based on the $269.99 price tag) and features/components. In less than 600 ft. I became an extremely disappointed consumer when the wheels shredded apart before I got to the security gate! Needless to say after contacting Motosport CS and explaining the problem they promptly resolved the issue. In short, I will not be purchasing another T-Bags product and will certainly not recommend thier products to others. :(
