Grip glue

This glue gives you lots of time to set the grips up the way you want on the bars. It really does take a few hours to dry so make sure you do this a few hours or a day before you ride.

Glue it's sticky

very sticky just like glue should be - just take off the cap use the and your good to go

Its glue alright!

This grip glue is great for putting on new grips! However I had trouble sliding my grips on all the way with the glue (throttle side). The only way i could get them to slide on all the way was to shamefully spray some wd-40 under the grips. I got underneath the grips with a q-tip hastily trying to wipe it off underneath, then squeezed some more glue on underneath. I checked back on the grips, thinking ive ruined them, but to my surprise they were stuck right on my bars! I couldnt even try to get them to move! Only complaint is the instructions insist to lather up the bars AND the insides of the grips but if you do that youll just end up with a bukakke of glue everywhere

Grip Glue

Easy to use and so far has good hold with no slipping!

Location: Redondo Beach, CA, USA
A glue you can stick with.

I've use Renthal grip glue every time I need to replace my grips, which is every 2 years, If I don't damage the grips in a crash. Even when I do crash, the glue still holds the grips on tightly. It's very slipper when you first apply it, thus it allows you to slip on the new grip with ease, but be quick about it. After a few minutes, the glue is dry enough for you to go riding. It resists water and holds up in hot weather. It's also, easy to clean off the old glue during new grip installations.

Good glue

Quick drying and holds very well. I just replaced some grips and did not use safety wire because I hate feeling the burrs where I cut the end of the wire. After a 3 hour long enduro and an off road race I've seen no twisting of the grips.

Does it work with metal grips, i.e. metal on metal?

Typically the metal grips either have a rubber or plastic liner on the inside or a clamping mechanism that clamps the bar or a set screw to hold them in place. This glue is not designed to adhere metal to metal.

How much is in it?
Is it a small 4CC one? or is it enough for a few grips?

This tube will allow you to install quite a few sets of grips. If I had to guess It will last around 10 sets of grips. Here's a tip, store the tube of glue in a sealed jar. Otherwise, the glue will dry up and you'll have to buy an new tube.

enough for a few pairs for sure, you dont need to use a bunch of this stuff either

Yes, this tube is 4 inches long.... that's a lot of glue! I always use a heavy amount of glue, so I can slip the grip on easily during installation. Surprisingly enough, I just finished my three grip install and still have over half a tube left.

You have enough to do a few grips.

put it on the bars and a little inside the grips, and still have plenty for another set or two, kinda runny so a little goes a long way!
