High Mileage - reasonable performance
We have been running 880's on my 2008 BMW K1200 GT and my wife 2006 Yamaha FJR 1300 for longer roads trips (7-10,000 miles) to avoid costly tire changes on the road. The harder compound of the 880 has reduced road punctures to one in well over 200,000 miles and when we are running a more performance orientated tires we definitely get more road debris punctures. I began running bias belt 880's on my 2001 BMW 1150 GS for Long distance events and have been satisfied with them.
